Welcome to Paco and John Mexican Diner, a casual, authentic Mexican restaurant near the Medical District just south of Downtown. Our restaurant is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast or lunch - dine in or take with you back to work. The menu boasts a range of delicious recipes made in-house and fresh at your order: from grilled red snapper tacos to a roasted chicken torta, vegetable enchiladas to shrimp quesadillas and a whole lot more. We also offer daily specials that change weekly. Thirsty? We're BYOB so feel free to bring in a crisp white wine or your favorite Mexican cerveza.
